New and unused items that have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of the date shipped. All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once items are received, they will be inspected for new and unused condition. We will then refund less our INITIAL shipping fees incurred.

In the event that Direct2U Garage Doors makes an order error we will replace product and ship via a ground service of our choosing.
Product that is found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. Defective product should be made available or returned to Direct2U Garage Doors upon request before it is replaced and should only be discarded at our request.
To return or exchange item(s) purchased through direct2ugaragedoors.com, item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
